01Who we are
Div Enclave is a web and software development agency. We build websites, web applications, online stores and business systems for companies around the world. This page tells you what happens to your information when you visit this website or get in touch with us.
When we say "we" or "us", we mean Div Enclave. Our main office is in Karachi, Pakistan.
02What we collect
There are two ways we get information: you give it to us, and your browser gives it to us.
What you choose to share:
- Details you fill in on our forms: your name, email, phone number, company, the service you need, budget range, industry, current website, reference sites you like, and your message.
- Any file you attach when you send us a brief or document.
- The date and time you pick when booking a strategy session.
- Your email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp while we work together.
What we collect automatically:
- Basic server logs: IP address, browser, device type and the pages you visit.
- Analytics information such as which pages are popular and which countries visitors come from, but only if you allow analytics cookies.
03How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
- To plan, build and deliver your project, and to keep you updated along the way.
- To send booking confirmations and calendar invites for sessions you book.
- To send the newsletter, but only to people who asked for it.
- To see how people use our website so we can make it better.
- To keep the site safe: stop spam, abuse and anything that looks suspicious.
- To keep basic business records, as the law requires.
06How long we keep it
- Enquiry details: up to 24 months after our last conversation, so we can follow up if you come back. If we are working together, we keep project records for as long as we need to support the work.
- Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Project files and billing records: as long as needed for support and legal bookkeeping.
- After that, we delete it or strip out anything that identifies you.
07Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what information we hold about you.
- Fix anything that is wrong.
- Delete it.
- Stop sending you the newsletter.
- Give you a copy of your data in a common format.
Email info@divenclave.com with your request. We usually answer within a couple of working days, and in any case within 30 days.
08How we keep it safe
This website runs over HTTPS, so anything between you and us is encrypted while it travels. Access to our systems is limited to team members who need it for their work, and we rely on well-known providers for hosting, email and storage.
No system online is 100% secure. If something ever goes wrong and your data is affected, we will tell you and the relevant authorities, as the law requires.
09Links to other websites
Our pages link out to client projects, social media profiles and other sites. Those places have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information. It is worth reading their policy before you share anything there.
10Children
This website is meant for businesses, not children. We never knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has shared something with us, email us and we will remove it right away.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this page when the way we work or the law changes. The date at the top always shows the last time we touched it. If a change is big, we will mention it on the website or by email.
