Klickvalmennus Coaching Marketplace Built in 20 Days

Klickvalmennus came to us with a strong idea and a short fuse. Finnish personal trainers, physiotherapists and wellness coaches were all selling their programs through Instagram and DMs, while new clients depended on word of mouth to find someone who actually fit their goals. The plan was to put both sides in one place: clients browse and buy coaching programs directly, and coaches get a ready made profile without touching any code.

We designed and built the complete platform on WordPress with Bricks, and wrote a custom plugin that runs the marketplace itself. It handles coach profiles, program listings, categories, pricing and subscription rules, so a coach can publish a new program, set a monthly price and start selling within minutes.

Every visitor starts with a free matching quiz, the alkukartoitus. The quiz asks about goals, schedule and coaching style, then points the person toward the right coach from a pool of more than 50 professionals. Completed quizzes create leads that get a real phone call before anyone buys, which keeps the quality of the matches high.

Checkout runs through Paytrail, so Finnish customers can pay with their local banks, MobilePay, cards or Klarna. Recurring programs bill on their own cycle, and coaches track sales and payouts in real time inside their own dashboard.

From the first workshop to launch took 20 days. Today the platform carries dozens of coaches and their programs, and the client team keeps adding new features on top of the same foundation.
